Order Placement Policy
To place an order, follow these steps:
1. Initial Payment: Pay 50% of the total order value as advance.
2. Order Confirmation: We’ll confirm stock availability and dispatch period via phone call or email.
3. Order Modification: We may modify the order via phone call or email; check the “My Order” tab for updates.
4. Balance Payment: Pay the remaining amount before dispatch via website or bank transfer.
5. Order Dispatch: Download invoice, bilty, and transporter details from the “My Order” tab post-dispatch.
Production Cart Orders
– For products not in stock, production takes 7-45 days, depending on order quantity.
– We’ll notify you about production status and expected dispatch date.
– Options:
– Rush order: expedited production (extra charges apply)
– Cancel order: refund policy applies (check terms)
Payment Procedure
– Initial Payment: Pay 50% of the total order value as advance.
– Balance Payment: Pay the remaining amount before dispatch via:
– Bank transfer: deposit in our bank account and submit UTR No. via website.
– Online payment: pay via debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, etc. (extra charges may apply).
– Full Payment: pay full amount at order placement (no extra charges)
– Payment Modes: We accept various payment modes, including bank transfer, online payment, and more.
Pricing and Charges
– Prices: FOB at our factory; subject to change without notice.
– Extra Charges:
– Transportation charges
– Courier charges (estimated at order booking)
– Packing charges (Rs. 350 per carton)
– GST (as applicable)
– Custom duties (if applicable)
– Discounts:
– Bulk order discounts (check terms)
– Loyalty program discounts (check terms)
Minimum Order Value
– Rs. 5,000 before GST.
Dispatch and Delivery
– Dispatch: Within 3-15 days; transportation takes 4-12 days.
– Delivery Options:
– Transport delivery: we’ll arrange transportation; customer collects from transporter office.
– Self-pick: collect from our factory (no freight charges).
– Courier: for sample/low-value orders; customer downloads courier details from website.
– Door-to-door delivery (extra charges apply)
– International Shipping: available (extra charges apply; check terms)
Registration Policy
– For resellers, dealers, and distributors, registration requires:
– Company information (business name, owner name, phone number, email, etc.)
– Documents (GST registration, Aadhar card, visiting card)
– We reserve the right to accept or decline registrations.
